As with the audio unit version of the adapter, you can monitor the performance of plug-ins during conversion. This allows you to provide feedback to the developer that their product is working as expected. The Folder Monitor is enabled by default in the Prefs menu and shows a filled-in trapezoid for each VST plug-in. You can easily modify the status of the folders by dragging each one within the visible area of the view controller's main window.

The basic operation of the adapter is as follows:- Select the VST plug-in you wish to convert by selecting it from the list of search results found within the controller.- Drag and drop the plug-in you want converted from the list on screen into the Plugin list area.- Press and drag the desired button. The plug-in will convert.- Once complete, an alert window will pop up. Select OK.For each VST plug-in, you can also configure its output file location within the adapter settings (Click Options->Presets). To start, you can simply select the output folder location that you wish.

When the plug-in is converted, a large window will appear that includes the following details:- Plug-in parameters tested- Seemingly unusual parameters that may be caused by the plug-in- Compatible compartments. Results in a red dot if that area is available for attempting a conversion. The plug-in will not be converted if it is in this area.
